Don't Get Caught Out: Check Operating Hours
The Congestion Charge applies from 07:00-18:00 on weekdays and 12:00-18:00 on weekends and bank holidays. ULEZ, however, operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for Christmas Day. Driving a non-compliant vehicle at 1am will still trigger the ULEZ charge, even when the Congestion Charge is not active.
